Dear Authors,
It has come to our attention that some non-WSEAS Publisher systematically
downloads all the papers (PDF files) from the WSEAS E-Library, harvests the
email addresses and sends massive unsolicited emails to our authors inviting
them to re-send their papers to their Journals - journals which could possibly
be fake.
This procedure has some serious legal issues:
1) This non-WSEAS Publisher will also request money from the authors.
WSEAS never request money for journal publications. Authors upload their
papers to our journals regardless of whether they have attended a WSEAS
conference or not. Our Journals are the only open access journals in the world
where the authors do not pay any kind of registration or publication fees or
"donations". The Editors-in-Chief, being assisted by the members of the
Editorial Boards, are the sole decision makers regarding the acceptance or not
of the papers.
2) WSEAS hold the copyright of the papers published in their conferences,
and nobody can re-publish their papers without acquiring official written
permission from WSEAS.
After publication, all copyrights of the papers belong to the publishers.
3) Their "Journals" do not participate in any index.
Re-publishing your WSEAS paper in any of those journals may run a high risk of
your original paper in the WSEAS E-Library being excluded from ISI, SCOPUS, ACM,
CSA, ELSEVIER, CITESEER, ASM, AMS, Ei Compendex, Zentrablatt, Ulrich, DPP,
Engineering Village, etc.
http://www.wseas.us/indexes
Therefore, if you receive unsolicited emails from any unheard of, non-WSEAS
journal, that invites you to publish your WSEAS conference paper again, delete
those emails immediately and inform us
support@wseas.org
We have faith that this problem will be resolved before it forces us to take
legal action.

Dear Prof.,
I have been notified from WSEAS about some Fake journals invite
authors that have been submitted there papers to WSEAS to resubmit the
same work to their journal (If it is fake or not). I have received
invitation from
*** publisher **** to submit my paper published in a WSEAS Conference
(and indexed in ISI)
Proceedings to the book named "Simulink" but with different format and context.
I have to
know if it is fake or true and what is your advise for me.
For me I prefer to publish all my articles into WSEAS Journal because
it is an excellent Journal and Publisher.
Thanks a lot,
Best Regards,
Claude Bayeh
P.S. Contact her by email. We do not publish the name of the
Publisher at the moment.

The WSEAS Conferences are always sponsored
and organized by Universities. The Universities are also
re-sponsible for the REVIEW of the Papers as well as for the
final technical program. Most of the following universities
have sponsored and organized more
than one WSEAS conference, like Harvard, MIT and

High Readability

The WSEAS gives also high readability to published papers having
open the WSEAS E-Library. The only thing that you will need to make
one-time registration in one conference or to pay one annual subscription
to receive a password without expiry date. Practically, the WSEAS
E-LIBRARY is open for all with more than 50000 visits per month is open
for all the WSEAS members and WSEAS allows the scanning from the search
engines (google, etc....)].
Reviewers
Many Reviewers help volunteerly the WSEAS difficult task each year. The
WSEAS forward their names to WSEAS Administration and you can check their
names here WSEAS also publishes the feedback that receives from its
members in its WSEAS Feedback Forum
Post-Conference Reports
Full post-conference reports also appear after the scientific events in
the WSEAS
