WSEAS Policy

During the last 5 years, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society provided complimentary registration and monetary assistance to more than 4,000 authors, enabling them to attend our conferences. During this same period, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society granted 5 cost-free registrations to every Keynote Speaker (ranging from 100-300 Keynote Speakers annually), resulting in over 4,000 complimentary conference attendees through the Keynote Speaker program. Furthermore, throughout 2003-2020, approximately 50 conferences per year each provided 20 no-cost registrations to partner universities, yielding more than 2,000 complimentary participants through these partnerships. In sum, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society provided 4,000 cost-free registrations annually, thereby assisting an average of 10,000 individuals each year in publishing their research without charge at our conferences. Consequently, during the 1996-2020 timeframe, WSEAS enabled over 10,000 authors to obtain complimentary registration and monetary assistance for conference participation.

WSEAS' charitable and humanitarian efforts are significant and diverse, particularly in periods of economic hardship, focusing on the provision of nourishment and medical supplies to underserved populations, both within local communities and internationally. Additional information and photographs will be made available on the WSEAS website in the coming months.

As of January 16, 2020, WSEAS maintains the following affiliates: www.wseas.org/cms.action?id=7659).

On the other hand, partner Institutions receive reduced rates for conference participation and gain access to enhanced benefits when joining our research initiatives.

Submissions to World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society Conferences and Journals undergo rigorous peer evaluation. Reviewer names are listed in the Conference Proceedings and are subsequently forwarded to all partnering indexing services. Distinguished academics are regularly invited to contribute to the evaluation process. No individual may qualify as a World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society Reviewer without appropriate academic credentials (specifically, current publications in databases such as: Scopus, Compendex, SCIE, ESCI, INSPEC, etc.). Reviewers whose evaluations lack thoroughness or who become inactive are promptly removed from our reviewer database. As a result, our database contains only currently active reviewers. All conference reviewer names are also made public in WSEAS post-conference documentation.
